The Sign Wall & the Honours Wall
Walk in and the first thing you see is the sign wall — EMMITSBURG VFW POST 6658 in big letters, flanked by flags, with a soffit lined with the unit patches of the veterans who have called this Post home.
And when the Post presents its scholarships each year, the photos happen at the honours wall — American flags, Auxiliary emblems, and framed certificates behind the winners.

Summer Belongs to the Park
From May through September the Post moves outdoors to Kump's Dam Park — summer meetings under the trees, rentals on the pond, and the biggest day of the year: the Crab Feed.

Post and Auxiliary membership meetings run on a refreshments-then-business rhythm — at the Post on the square through the winter (October–April) and out at Kump's Dam Park in summer (May–September). The Men's Auxiliary meets the first Wednesday, meal 6:15 PM, meeting 7:00 PM. Confirm each month's date on Facebook or call 301-447-6141.
